How DutyRound handles the information schools enter. This policy is being completed ahead of general release.
What DutyRound stores
To build a duty roster, DutyRound stores your school name, the email address used to sign in, your staff members' names and the duty-related settings you enter — working days, duty load, availability, duty areas, duty periods and the rosters generated from them.
What DutyRound does not ask for
DutyRound does not ask for student names or student records, and it does not collect medical information or leave records. When a staff member is unavailable, only an optional plain reason such as "Excursion" is stored.
Access to your data
Your school's information is separated from every other school's, and only people signed in to your school can see it.
